Welcome to the Eastman School of Music's Financial Aid Online student portal, ESM FAOnline!  Eastman students can access, review, and complete most of their financial aid processing through this student portal.


Log In Instructions

Log In Instructions – All Students

 

  • Enter your UR ID in the Student ID field located in the Log In box to the right.
  • Enter your Password.
  • Click Submit.


Please Note:

 

  • Make sure to use your laptop or desktop computer, not your smartphone, when trying to access your ESM FAOnline account.
  • Make sure to use one of the following browsers: Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, or Microsoft Edge.
  • If you forget your Password, enter your UR ID in the Student ID field and click 'Forgot Your Password?' to reset it.
  • You have five attempts to log in to your account; after that, your account will be locked.
  • If you continue to have issues, please contact the Eastman Financial Aid Office at 585-274-1070 or financial aid@esm.rochester.edu
  • Remember – Your financial aid information is confidential.  Do not share your login information with anyone.
