Welcome to the Eastman School of Music's Financial Aid Online student portal, ESM FAOnline! Eastman students can access, review, and complete most of their financial aid processing through this student portal.

Log In Instructions
- Make sure to use your laptop or desktop computer and, not your smartphone, when trying to access your ESM FAOnline account.
- Make sure to be using one of these browsers: Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
New Students to the Eastman School of Music for the academic year 2025-26, will use the ESM Applicant ID number in their admission notification to login using the following steps:
- Enter the ESM Applicant ID number in the Student ID field in the Log In box to the right and click the First Time User link located under the Submit button.
- You will activate your account, answer security questions, and create your Password.
- Once you have completed that process, you will be taken back to the Log In Screen and will enter the ESM Applicant ID number into the Student ID field, enter your newly created Password, then click SUBMIT.
Current students attending the Eastman School of Music need to login entering your UR ID Number in the Student ID field located in the Log In box to the right, enter your previously created Password, and then click SUBMIT.
If at some point you forget your Password, enter the Student ID field and click the Forgot Your Password? link and you can reset your Password.
You only have five attempts to login or your account will be locked.
