Welcome to the Eastman School of Music's Financial Aid Online student portal, ESM FAOnline!  Eastman students can access, review, and complete most of their financial aid processing through this student portal.

Log In Instructions


New Students to the Eastman School of Music for the academic year 2026-27 will use the ESM Applicant ID number in their admission notification to login using the following steps:

  1. Enter the ESM Applicant ID number in the Student ID field in the Log In box to the right and click the First Time User link located under the Submit button.
  2. You will activate your account, answer security questions, and create your Password.
  3. Once you have completed that process, you will be taken back to the Log In Screen and will enter the ESM Applicant ID number into the Student ID field, enter your newly created Password, then click SUBMIT.


Current Students attending the Eastman School of Music need to login entering your UR ID in the Student ID field located in the Log In box to the right, enter your previously created Password, and then click SUBMIT.

If at some point you forget your Password, enter the Student ID field and click the Forgot Your Password? link and you can reset your Password.

Please Note:

 

  • Make sure to use your laptop or desktop computer, not your smartphone, when trying to access your ESM FAOnline account.
  • Make sure to use one of the following browsers: Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, or Microsoft Edge.
  • If you forget your Password, enter your UR ID in the Student ID field and click 'Forgot Your Password?' to reset it.
  • You have five attempts to log in to your account; after that, your account will be locked.

  • Remember – Your financial aid information is confidential.  Do not share your login information with anyone.
